Everyone I met was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was well designed, crisp and clean (European feel). It was very clean. The hotel had what appeared to be a "hopping" bar/nightlife but the location, below the lobby, did not have much spill over into the rooms, which is appreciated. I would definitely stay there again.
No bath tub. I would have loved the opportunity for a long bath after a busy day of work, however the shower pressure and design was great.

Chose Hotel Indigo Newton because it offered reasonable rate vs downtown Boston hotels. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Wifi internet free. Indigo Newton is literally next to the Riverside "T" station (end of D line). Very convenient. Downtown Boston is 30-45 minutes by T (depending on your destination). We managed to do everything, and more, that was on our planned city trip. Leaving the car at Indigo Newton ($7 a night) saved the hastle of downtown traffic/parking etc. Breakfast included is limited to $25 per couple (or pay extra) which made selection limited. Main restaurant dinners were gourmet, and good quality wine list. Recommended.
No in-room refrigerator (and no mini bar). $4 for bottled water (in room).

The room was updated & new-fashioned, came with a comfortable bed, space to move around beds to “ desk ” area. The airport was 25 minutes drive away.

The hotel design is beautiful, the rooms, pool is lovely, the location near 128 and Newton/Boston is great.
The service was very poor. There was a private party at the pool, there was no place for guests to sit by the pool and the staff were quite rude. The breakfast service was very slow. I've been to Hotel Indigo several times and the service has always been inefficient.

Great location, close to the highway and T. The pool area and lounge are great way to unwind in the summer and especially after work. Free wi-fi is great. The front desk was very accommodating.
The elevators were a little slow for only being 6 floors. Food menu was pricey and there wasn't a lot of close by options.

The location was marvelous for exploring the nice area, near to the bar/restaurant and a T station. The staff were very, very nice and courteous and provided help. The room I got was quiet with a comfortable bed and the fan and sofabeds.

The hotel is in a perfect location - just off the highway and a 5 minute walk to the T. It has a beautiful pool, restaurant, and lounge areas. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in a wonderful area with private parking available. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a sofa bed and the flexibility to rearrange the space. The Hotel Indigo in Newton is tucked away in a fantastic location with the added convenience of private parking. I had a great stay in a lovely area. The room was cozy and had a sofa bed, along with ample space to adapt the layout to suit my needs, such as turning the bed into a makeshift desk area.
